Mansoureya is a private family estate in the Giza countryside, held by the same family since 1962 and open to guests since 2027. Six houses stand within one walled garden — vernacular architecture of brick, arch, courtyard and dome, built from the early 1980s to designs by Raouf El Hosseini, who studied in part under Hassan Fathy. The gardens are larger than the buildings they surround: mango, citrus and palm planted across four decades, with distance between rooms rather than corridors.

There are twenty-five rooms and suites, a spa and hammam, a pool fed from the estate's own wells, one kitchen cooking Egyptian food from the garden and from growers nearby, and an artist residency working in visual art, textile, palm-wood craft and jewellery. One private residence sit outside general inventory and are released by arrangement.

There is no reception desk. Rooms have names. Meals happen when guests want them. Guests may be entirely private or entirely sociable, and the estate is run so that either is easy. Mansoureya is sold through travel advisors only and appears on no booking platform.

 Minimum stay is three nights. Seven nights applies to full-house bookings of the residence.
 Rates are published and fixed. Mansoureya does not discount, package, or offer promotional or seasonal rates, and does not negotiate inclusions.
 Groups, celebrations and private events are accepted only as full estate buyouts at published rates, approved in advance. There is no partial-group option.
 Amplified music in shared areas, televised sport in public rooms, and party-format stays are not accommodated. Staff are hosts, not service performers, and are treated as such.
